Responsibilities: As a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across various secondary school subjects.
  • Adapt and deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of regular teachers.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Assess and report on students’ progress in line with school policies.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support the educational development of students.
  • Maintain professional standards and build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Requirements: To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in secondary schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to different school environments and teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel).
  • Proof of right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
