Supply Teacher for Secondary Schools in Chepstow
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic supply teacher to join our team to work across secondary schools in the Chepstow area. This role offers a competitive daily pay rate of £157.66 and provides the flexibility of either full-time or flexible working arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality lessons across various subjects in the absence of the regular class teacher
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Collaborating with other staff members to support student learning and development
- Marking and assessing students' work as required
Requirements:
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Experience teaching in UK-based schools.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
