    As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be integral to our educational mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging educational activities
  • Assisting in student supervision to ensure a safe learning environment
  • Providing both individual and group support to students as directed
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of learning resources
  • Collaborating with teachers to monitor and track student progress
  • What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different school environments
  • A genuine passion for supporting student's educational development
  • Valid enhanced DBS (Don't have one? We'll help you obtain it!)
