Your Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be integral to our educational mission. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging educational activities
Assisting in student supervision to ensure a safe learning environment
Providing both individual and group support to students as directed
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of learning resources
Collaborating with teachers to monitor and track student progress
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different school environments
A genuine passion for supporting student's educational development
Valid enhanced DBS (Don't have one? We'll help you obtain it!)
