Your Role and Responsibilities:
Manage a manageable caseload with the support of a dedicated team.
Oversee the recruitment, assessment, approval, and ongoing support of Foster Carers.
Provide guidance and supervision to Foster Carers in line with Fostering Regulations.
Ensure that children’s care and development needs are met within placements.
Conduct necessary placement management, planning, and intervention .
Requirements:
A Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
An Enhanced DBS check.
Experience in Children’s Services and foster care delivery.
A strong understanding of Fostering Standards, Legislation , and safeguarding principles.
