# About YouTo be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Relevant work experience and/or education: We think a wide range of different work and educational experiences could support you to be successful in this role. Relevant work experience might include work in administration, or records management. Relevant educational experiences might include higher education in a related discipline, professional qualifications or other training2. Excellent attention to detail and an eye for accuracy3. Excellent IT Skills, including with the Microsoft Office Suite4. Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to organise, and plan ahead effectively.5. Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide detailed advice and guidance on specialist defined processes and procedures to internal and external contacts6. Ability to work collaboratively7. Flexible and comfortable with adapting to change. **Desirable criteria** 1. Experience of working with SITS or equivalent student records database2. Experience of working in Higher Education administration3.
