We are exclusively working with a fast growing and well-respected design consultancy, who are looking to add to their team in Manchester office.
Due to the high increase of working coming in, they are currently in search of a dynamic and passionate Structural Engineer with a minimum of three years post graduate experience. You will be working on a variety of stimulating and complex projects including residential, commercial, data centre and refurbishments.

The Role:
Being a team player by providing guidance to less experienced staff
Producing engineering designs in line with client requirements
Working as part of a team on structural engineering schemes throughout the UK
Reviewing models, drawings and other design information prepared by other staff
Reviewing contractor design information and test results etc
Attending site visits as and when required.
Writing specifications and reports
What You Will Need To Succeed:
BA or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent too)
Progressing towards MIStructE or MICE.
A minimum of three years design experience with a UK design consultancy.
Proficient in structural software including: Tekla Tedds, Tekla Structural Designer and Robot.
Knowledge with Revit would be advantageous.
Experience with industrial projects would be desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team
