With the new opening coming up, they are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join their team and grow in the GM role after the training period. Responsibilities of the Store Manager – Healthy Grab & GO:

  • Inspire and lead the team by exemplifying a standard of excellence.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.
  • Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.
  • Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards.
  • About the Store Manager – Healthy Grab & GO:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager for at least 2 years.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Customer service and sales orientation.
  • Strong understanding of business financials.
  • Strategic decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
