The Opportunity

Join RIMOWA as our Store Director for our Flagship Store and be part of a brand that stands for quality, innovation, and timeless design.

Key Responsibilities

Elevate Luxury Retail:

  • Drive Business Excellence: Implement strategies to elevate the luxury customer experience and achieve outstanding business results.
  • Lead and Inspire: Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.
  • Operational Mastery: Oversee flawless store operations, collaborating closely with HQ.
  • VIP Client Management:

  • Exceptional Service: Ensure customer service exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Cultivate Loyalty: Develop and maintain a loyal customer base using advanced CRM tools.
  • Brand Ambassador: Strengthen relationships with VIP clients and manage PR engagements.
  • Business Development & Performance:

  • Maximize Sales: Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategic improvements.
  • Market Insight: Identify new opportunities and collaborate with merchandising for optimal stock levels and visual standards.
  • Team Leadership:

  • Positive Culture: Foster a supportive work environment through goal setting, performance feedback, and team-building activities.
  • Top Talent: Attract, recruit, and develop the best talent in the industry.
  • Client Care Excellence:

    Profile

    Background:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in managing a high-traffic store as a Store Manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: effective communication both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching team members.
  • Ability to interact with clients in a sophisticated manner.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and POS systems.
  • Education:

  • University degree (, bachelor's) in a related field.
  • Additional Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and customer experiences.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
