This role will be working on domestic properties in the Swansea area for a social housing provider. You will be part of the asset maintenance team in a customer-focused organisation.Your new role
You will be responsible for conducting stock condition surveys, assessing property materials, and recording findings. Additionally, perform Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments when needed. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate asset records.What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require experience, specificallypleting stock condition Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be receiving an hourly rate of up to £26 an hour, working 37 hours a week. The interim contract could last up to 15 months.
