We are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at Cardiff’s newest and most prestigious hotel!
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor to join our Team. In this role the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the organisation and sanitation of the kitchens throughout the hotel.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
In this role you will be monitor and adherence to vigorous cleaning schedules, you will ensure the storage areas, waste areas, compactor and department equipment and machinery are cleaned and maintained to the required standards Part of this role will also involve training the kitchen stewards in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring that Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
