We are currently looking for a
passionate Staff
Restaurant Chef, to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis,
with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star
service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in

As a Staff Restaurant Chef, your main
duties and expectations for the role will include:

To work as an individual and as part of a
team by taking ownership for the correct preparation of mise-en-place and
service for the staff restaurant.
·
With confidence, prepare a daily fresh &
frozen food order for delivery 3 times per week. Seek help if guidance is
required. Ensure that you do not overspend.

During service, proactively liaise with the
service team regularly to ensure that the kitchen does not run out of food and
that the quality of food is maintained.

To develop and maintain a good working
relationship with the Staff Restaurant Manager.
·
To carry out all tasks as directed by your
immediate supervisor/ manager and to assist in any other areas or duties within
the kitchen/ hotel upon request
You will be required to work 40hours per
week, on a shift rota.
