JOB SPECIFICATION
Cpl in partnership with our client, a leading Allied Healthcare organisation in Melbourne, Australia are currently recruiting permanent Speech and Language Therapists to provide high quality services to a broad range of clients with various chronic and complex conditions and /or complex disabilities.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
A strong commitment to excellence and quality in the provision of Speech and Language Therapy services with a sound working knowledge of quality principles and accreditation.
Highly developed leadership skills and the ability to act as a positive role model for staff.
Strong planning, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise accordingly.
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills to ensure the achievement of quality outcomes.
Well-developed communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

SALARY
The annual salary will be in line with the current Australian AHP pay scales, with further progression beyond this based on merit.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience
Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Experience delivering Speech Pathology services in a range of settings, including experience in the area of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and assistive learning technology
