To provide deep specialist knowledge to the Custody Operations team, including complex issue resolution management, the management of day to day client escalations and providing SME Custody Operations advice to ICS projects and the Operations & Business Leadership. Support and develop the Custody Operations team to maximize overall efficiency and team performance to promote a positive overall client experience, while minimizing operational incidents and mitigating risk.

Outputs:
- Act as a Risk Champion ensuring the adoption of Risk items into the team's processes and procedures.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Custody Operations and provide advice to support on ICS projects and the Operations & Business Leadership.
- Contribute to the Custody Operations team strategy ensuring that objectives set are aligned to not only the Operations function but also the distribution channels.
- Design and implement appropriate service standards by understanding customer needs and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional levels of service to clients through all servicing channels.
- Drive the vision through to completion, ensuring that the team and wider stakeholder networks buy into the vision.
