About the Role

Due to the continued growth and expansion of our Ann Forshaw’s Farmhouse Yogurt production facility, we have a brand-new opportunity for someone to join the team as an Office Manager. 

What will I be doing?

This role will support various aspects of the business, working closely with our production team to meet productivity, safety, quality, service, financial, and process consistency goals as well as overseeing the HR and Health & Safety functions.

Oversee daily operations and resolve challenges.

Coordinate across departments to optimise productivity.

Manage customer relationships and communicate with senior management.

Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and compliance.

Develop SOPs with our Quality Team and ensure Health and Safety standards.

Handle HR functions, including staff records, training, and performance management.

Manage warehouse stock and plan for demand.

Lead the team with strong, motivational leadership.

Work closely with Finance on budgeting and cost planning.

A Few Things About You

We are looking for someone with strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented, capable of managing conflicting priorities with efficiency and precision. 

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant software

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or a related field is desired

Previous experience in a coordination or management role

Demonstrable experience of having responsibility of operation functions and processes.
