Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons to primary/secondary school students
- Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Evaluate and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and success
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and upcoming events
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technology advancements in the language acquisition field
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Spanish to primary/secondary school students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and culture
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students with diverse learning styles and abilities
