A wonderfuland rare opportunity has arisen! We are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. 

The mainfocus of the role will be to manage the kitchen operations and ensure aconsistent and high-quality culinary product. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be working in a team of 20 and will report directly to theExecutive Chef.

  • What are the key responsibilities of a SeniorSous Chef?

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
  • Ensure compliances with all HACCP standards and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Involvement in menu development with focus on achieving profitability targets
  • Ensure dishes are created to an exceptional standard using fresh ingredients
  • Actively involved in training and developing the kitchen team
  • Working closely with the Executive Chef
