Responsibilities:
Apply a consultative approach to comprehend the business contextexisting IT infrastructure and current business/IT priorities ofthecustomer.
Collaborateclosely with Account Managers to align product offerings withcustomer needs and address technological gaps in their currentstack devising solutions using product capabilities and thirdpartycomponents.
Interface with diverse audiences encompassing business usersdevelopers architects IT operations professionals and seniorstakeholders elucidating the value proposition of ZohoProducts.
Take charge of technical activities including requirement analysisfeasibility assessment validation and productdemonstrations.
Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical bootcamps whetherconducted onsite orremotely.
Manage RFIs/RFPs by orchestrating collaboration across multipleinternal teams asnecessary.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customercoordinating with various internal teams such as PresalesCompliance Product Management Engineering and Support asrequired.
Requirements
Possess 5 years of experience as a Solutions or Presales Consultantor within an IT consulting environment focusing on SaaS or softwareproducts.
Proficiency in Enterprise SaaS applications including CRM(preferably) ERPs Legacy Systems APIs andIntegrations.
Demonstrated experience in handling RFI/RFPprocesses.
Exhibit strong sales and consulting expertise coupled withexceptional communication and interpersonalskills.
Ability to operate within a Hybrid model and willingness to travelfor clientmeetings.
Ability to build internal relationships and collaborate effectivelywith internal teams globally as well as nurture externalrelationships withclients.
