Solar PV Design Administrator - Social Housing Maintenance - Glasgow - £25,000 - £30,000

 
CBW have a new opportunity for a Solar PV Design Administrator to support new contract opportunities within the Social Housing Maintenance. This is an exciting time to join this company as they are experiencing significant growth. They are a leader in the industry with a first class reputation. 

 
Hours of Work:

• Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00  (37.5 hour week)

 
Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Work with the Renewables department to deliver system designs for mainly domestic Solar PV installations compliant with MCS standards. 
• Produce designs using established software systems to generate drawings, specifications and schematics. 
• Have a working knowledge of G98 & G99 DNO application process. 
• Understand compatible parts and components utilised for installations 
• Ability to liaise with customers to ensure that designs and systems proposals are fully understood. 
• Manage multiple installation resources to ensure installation targets are reached. 
• Have an understanding of Health & Safety requirements surrounding PV Solar installations. 
• Integrate and support existing contractors and suppliers with the delivery of a wide range of contracts. 

Requirements: 

• Candidates who have experience within this specific sector, and who have strong IT skills – particularly MS Office suites. Full training on the in-house systems will be given. 
•  Able to demonstrate attention to detail 
•  Ability to follow processes
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal 
• Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage own workload in line with operation needs 
• Hands on pro active attitude
