– Supervision: Manage staff, delegate tasks, and drive efficiency.
– Management Collaboration: Work with teams and partners for consistent service delivery.
– Safeguarding and Management: Address risks, ensure safety protocols, and fulfill additional managerial tasks.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
