Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify risks, strengths, and needs of individuals and families.
Develop and implement support and protection plans in collaboration with clients and relevant stakeholders.
Advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable individuals, ensuring their voices are heard within various systems.
Provide counseling and emotional support to individuals and families facing complex challenges.
Collaborate with law enforcement, legal professionals, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support.
Connect clients with relevant services, resources, and interventions to enhance their safety and well-being.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress for each client.
Conduct home visits and participate in case conferences as necessary.
Intervene in crisis situations and provide immediate support and protection.
Stay informed about relevant laws, policies, and best practices related to social work and protection services.
