What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
Duties will include:
Developing co-produced care plans with service users, risk assessment and management, safeguarding, holistic assessment of mental health and social care needs.
Conducting Care Act assessments, working with carers and wider support network.
Must have experience of working with adults with psychosis and complex needs, experience of Care Act assessments and reviews.
