Global Buying Offices in Europe are present in Italy, UK, Portugal and we have Associates also in Poland and the Netherlands.

JOB SUMMARY
Social Compliance Specialist collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure TJX mitigates business risks through its social compliance factory monitoring program. Communicates program requirements and expectations to associates, buying agents and vendors. Support the audit process for third party audits. Visits Vendors regularly to assess potential risks. Partners with vendors and suppliers to help remediate violations and develop solutions for key areas of risk. Collaborates with other Global Buying Offices Social Compliance Specialists and Buyers, Sourcers and Logistics Team, as needed.
