Site Services & Building Maintenance Engineer – Ballymena
Working Monday to Friday ‘Office Hours’ at a busy facility on the outskirts of Ballymena.
Salary: Open to negotiation
Duties include;
- Working with the Site Supervisor to ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standards
- Carrying out building repairs and general maintenance works
- Supervising contractors where necessary
- Completing planed maintenance and recording of work completed
- Ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
What we are looking for…
- Time served or qualified in a relevant industry
- Joiner/Handyperson/Maintenance/Building repair experience or similar
- Work as part of a team with the ability to work using own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
