Site Inspector
Wales (monthly visit to London for a team meeting)
Permanent
£45,000 to £50,000 per annum + benefits

The Site Inspector will be responsible for:

  • Conducting façade and internal fire safety investigations and fire risk assessments.
  • Preparing detailed technical reports with photographs using agreed templates.
  • Performing inspections at key construction stages and documenting findings.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and products for compliance with building regulations.
  • Attending site and project team meetings as necessary.
  • The Site Inspector will have:

  • Extensive experience in buildings and construction, particularly with tall residential buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 6 in site inspection or a construction diploma/degree (HND).
  • Membership with CIOB, CABE, ICWCI, or MIFireE.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
