Shift Multi Skilled Craftsperson
Hours: Continental Shifts Mon -Sun 7am to 7pm
Pay Rate: £17ph Ltd weekdays/ £22ph Ltd Sat & Sun £25.50ph Ltd .
Location: South East London
Main Duties: Carpentry work, Inspecting and maintaining Fire doors, decorating, carrying out a wide range of minor improvement works, assist in surveyors of new works.
Job Summary
The purpose of this Shift Multi Skilled Craftsperson role is to maintain the building fabric and installation of new works. The Shift Multi Skilled Craftsperson will be responsible to undertake unsupervised specialist building maintenance works. Successfully deliver or support the delivery of individual maintenance, new minor works and new minor works packages and working to short timeframes.
The Shift Multi Skilled Craftsperson will be required to fit seamlessly into the current management and team structure and provide vital support in the delivery of the department. You will have extensive building fabric experience and be able to demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures necessary to deliver the aims and objectives of the department.
