Service Support Assistant – Safeguarding - Fixed Term until 31/08/2024 due to maternity cover.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Service Support Assistant who is committed in providing efficient and effective administration support. The post holder will be required to undertake a high volume of minute taking, therefore previous experience of minute taking is desirable.
The post holder will have a good knowledge of the service area to whom support is being provided and their systems and processes, including the Liquid Logic system. Experience of working in an office/administration environment with a good understanding of IT based systems, including Microsoft Office is essential. You should have good communications skills, be able to work in a busy office environment, be able to deal with multiple requests confidentially and professionally.
Duties will involve dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information, maintaining specific databases, inputting, and extracting data and preparation and production of documents in a professional style using a range of software packages.
The successful candidate must have a ‘can do’ approach to the role and be committed to delivering an efficient and effective support service.
