A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experiencedService Contract Administrator to join an established companysituated in Medway.

Salary: Dependent onexperience

Hours: 08.30 - 17.00 (Monday toFriday)

You will be supporting the ServiceContract Managers with the administration involved in working onlong-term contracts for the servicing, repair, maintenance and muchmore.

Clients include
Data Centres,Banks, Prisons, Facilities Companies, Supermarkets, Hospitals andUtility companies etc.
The role will involve (but is notlimited to):-

Assisting in preparing andsubmitting appropriate risk assessments and methodstatements.
Uploading documentation to clientportals
Applying for customer site accesspermits.
Ordering parts and stock items and confirmingparts on the internal system Datascriber
Raisingpurchase orders
Dealing with client enquiries
Producing retrospective quotes for callouts
Chasingclient purchase orders
Signing off engineerstimesheets

To be successful in this role it isessential to have excellent customer and delivery focus and havethe ability to communicate effectively using a wide range of media(verbally and written).

You must be computerliterate with the ability to input data quickly and accurately andhave strong planning and organisingskills.

Working as part of the Service team,you will be answering telephone enquiries and accessing computerrecords, so a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.Training will be given on internal software.

You will have a flexible approach andwillingness to expand your skills and knowledge as there are greatopportunities to grow within theorganisation.

Qualifications &Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office isessential
Knowledge of the engineering industry would bedesirable but not essential
Ability to work on owninitiative and work well within a team environment
Excellent attention to detail
Hard-working, good workethic and approachable.
