As Service Advisor you willprovide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between ourcustomers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicleservicing and keep the customer updated at every stage whilstanswering any questions or queries they may have. You will alsoliaise with Technicians & workshop control about vehiclestatuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You willalso have the ability to give best advice on manufacturer productsand services tocustomers.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with a proven trackrecord within a customer facing environment. We require individualswho can solve problems quickly and possess a strong attitudetowards delivering excellent customer service levels. You will alsohave excellent organisational and administrative skills along withgood attention to detail with passion for the automotive industry.A working knowledge of Kerridge systems would be advantageous butnot essential.
