My client are a bespoke architectural practice that are rapidly developing, working across a range of sectors but with a focus on residential and care homes they are looking for an experienced technician to come and join their existing team.
You will need to be a proven technician who can demonstrate a minimum of 5 years industry experience. An ability to demonstrate experience across a variety of sectors would be beneficial.
Revit experience would be beneficial but is not essential, however you will need to have a sound understanding of current building regulations and be competent on AutoCAD. You should be comfortable going to site and liaising with contractors as well as client facing when necessary. Ideally you will be someone that can take hold of a project and run it through to completion.
