Job Description
Senior Support Engineer required. This is an opportunity to join a well-established MSP / IT Support company, based in Worthing. They have been providing support to a variety of customers across the South East and are now looking for an enthusiastic person to join the busy IT team in their rapidly expanding company.
Position overview
Providing 2nd & 3rd line support to a variety of customers via telephone, email and remote support tools
Active directory / Group Policy / DHCP / DNS Management
Server monitoring, checking daily log files, backup logs and monitoring alerts
M365 / Exchange / SharePoint
Troubleshooting and configuring networks such as routers, printers and bespoke applications
Installing and configuring hardware/software
Hands on with all server and desktop products, as well as the latest cloud technologies
Poisiton requirements
Full UK Driving License
3+ years as an IT Technician / Support Engineer
Good knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
Microsoft 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure and Intune
Microsoft Server 2016/2019/2022
Exchange 2016/2019/Exchange Online
Maintanence and troubleshooting of printers
Good communication skills
Good understanding of networking protocols and devices: Draytek / Netgear
Position Remuneration
Monday to Friday
Salary £30,000 – 35,000 DOE
28 days holiday including bank holidays (increasing to 25 over time)
