Your day will be filled with:
Lead international improvement and development projects to take our L&D offering to the next level.
Work closely with our stakeholders across the business to develop learning programmes.
Keep up to date with the latest learning methods and styles and apply this knowledge.
Scaling learning effectively is essential for accurate skills forecasting and incorporating experiential insights into workforce planning.
Design new learning and training concepts and determine the best training methods based on learning needs.
Develop new (e)-learning content: Gather and curate input from operational area.
Technological affinity of learning management systems, e-learning platforms and other tools.
Knowledge of analysing learning outcomes and data to ensure our learning journey is a success.
Empathy and coaching skills to support employees in their personal development to facilitate the acceptance of new learning methods and processes.
Provide English language content applicable in countries Aareon is represented.
Drinking a cup of coffee or tea while catching up with your colleagues.

Learning & Development Expert (m/f/d) ideally with a focus on business administration, social sciences, psychology or a comparable degree programme.
Strong passion for learning and development of people and desire to grow the impact of L&D.
Collaborative Spirit for building networks and know how to work closely with your key stakeholders to create value.
Creative mindset to translate practical learning needs into effective learning formats.
Open to travel to different locations to gather information and implement projects.
Good English as it is the company language.
