As Senior Sous Chef at this operation, you will assist in taking charge of running shifts, managing the team as well as stock control, hygiene, due diligence, menu development and driving the business forward, ideally, the chosen Senior Sous Chef will have worked in a similar trendsetting bar/restaurant environment and have a real passion for fresh food who has an eye for accolades.
