Senior Sommelier – Top Michelin Restaurant

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Location: London

The Opportunity:

This Sommelier position will be based in one of Top 50 Restaurants in the UK and see you take autonomy of their incredible wine list! This role will be service based and will see you developing the FOH teams wine knowledge. The menu mainly consists of New world wine, showcasing impressive wines from lesser-known regions and the USA.

    • The Perfect Sommelier:

  • Previous Sommelier experience at a Michelin or Rosette level
  • Ideally holding WSET level 3 or equivalent Sommelier qualifications
  • Fully understand the customer and their expectations to ensure repeat visits
  • Full of personality, flair, professionalism, and charm
  • Genuinely enjoys working with others and the general public
  • A confident individual who has a real passion for the world of wine
