Simpson Millar is currently looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor or Associate for our Public Law and Human Rights department. This is an exciting opportunity you to join our award winning, Chambers Ranked Public Law and Human Rights Department.
You will be joining an established and friendly team who do a mix of public law, community care, claims against public authorities and inquest work including representing victims of trafficking, vulnerable migrants, unaccompanied minors, looked after children and care leavers in civil claims and judicial review claims.
We are looking for someone with the ability to supervise and line manage other solicitors conducting public law judicial review caseloads alongside running their own caseload. There are good opportunities for progression as well as the potential to become involved with the management of the team.

The role is a split working from home/London office-based role with flexibility as to the balance between the two. We will consider both full-time and part-time applicants and offer the ability to work flexibly. We will consider applications for both full-time and part-time for this role.
