Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
* Be doing design, development and improvement of AI/ML models and internal systems.
* Build novel system architectures that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and other forms of generative AI.
* Design and build workflows and end-to-end pipelines for data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring, etc., and ensure the quality of architecture to deliver the Generative AI solutions as scalable and performant fully featured products
* Work with product partners to design production at scale. Partner closely with our security and privacy teams to produce innovative and secure solutions.
* Have excellent time management skills along with the ability to deliver results in the face of uncertainty.
* Exert technical influence over your team members, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, builder, and operator.
* Assist in the career development of others by actively mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues and helping managers guide the career growth of their team members.
* Balance technical leadership and savvy with strong business judgment to make the right decisions about technology.
About the team
The "CP2 - Ad Sales Ads Reporting" (ASAR) team is a part of AIRS org, that transforms the internal Ad Sales Ads reporting from manual, reactive workflows to automated, proactive workflows that accelerate account team ability to drive advertiser action in a consistent, scaled, and measurable way.
Our reporting and insights tools will deliver targeted intelligence through conversational interactions, suggestions, personalised recommendations, and high quality shareable generated content.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Experience in professional, non-internship software development
- Experience leading the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Experience in development in the last 3 years
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Experience in professional, non-internship software development
- Experience leading the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Experience in development in the last 3 years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
