Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties:
- Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
- Providing honest, reliable &; professional advice to potential Vendors &; Buyers
- Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- Following office procedures &; policies
- Contribution and awareness of KPIs &; targets
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Registering Applicants and attending viewings
- All pre &; post follow up for appointments conducted
- Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
- Ad hoc valuations
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential or at least 2 years
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will be target driven and ambitious
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
