Senior Sales Consultant

Connells Group is on the lookout for experienced, dynamic and ambitious Experienced Sales Consultants to join our hugely successful team in our buzzing Dunstable contact centre!

We can offer you, industry leading training and development a demonstrable career ladder and a realistic year one OTE of £32,000 to £38,000.

As a Senior Sales Consultant, it is your responsibility to provide support to our branch network by calling prospective customers  in order to secure property valuations.

This role will suit ambitious driven individuals who want to maximise their earnings with uncapped commission and a path to management with full support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Upselling:

  • Book Valuations: Make outbound calls to book property valuations and viewing appointments for our branches.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and preferences, providing personalised recommendations.
  • Lead Generation:

  • Generate Leads: Proactively follow up with potential customers to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Adaptability and Resilience:

  • Respond flexibly to market changes and client preferences
  • Handle rejection while maintaining motivation

  • Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, especially over the phone.
  • Sales Experience: Background in a call centre, customer service, sales, or estate agency.
  • Results-Driven: Strong sales mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer care experience.
  • Self-Motivation: Confident, approachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
