Responsibilities
:Manage & cultivate relationships understanding our client’s needs, strategy and how you can support their growth
Continuously identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue and act as a subject matter expert to clients
Ensure high qualitymunication to both clients and internal stakeholders
Create account management plans and run QBR’s for key clients
Ability to understand and collate client’s business requirements and champion this internally across multiple stakeholders (which may incl. senior management)
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with various internal teams such as Product,pliance, Legal, AML & Operations
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, you will have at least 3 years account management experience, delivering against revenue targets within industries like payments, banking and acquiring or within the merchant division of a key financial servicespany. A relevant educational background (BSc/BA as a minimum) is also required.
As a person, you have a desire to learn and are a confidentmunicator, negotiator, and storyteller, who can capture the hearts and minds of our stakeholders. You know how to plan for long-term impact, are keen to challenge traditional systems and know the fintech sector like the back of your hand. Further, you are amercially driven individual with a goal-oriented attitude, that goes out of your way to win, withoutpromising on ethics and integrity. Ideally, it excites you to be a part of a fast-paced working environment and you should possess the ability to multitask, adapt quickly and ‘think smart’ to meet business needs and priorities.
