Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contract Manager Mission: Due to internal promotion, we have a great opportunity for the right person to join our well- established team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with responsibility for Projects in our North East and Yorkshire regions. The role will particularly suit someone with experience in both a pre and post contract environment who is comfortable owning projects end to end. A primary focus of this role will be negotiation of customer terms and conditions to ensure commercial risk is understood, mitigated and managed. Acting as a trusted commercial advisor you will work with Legal, Procurement, Sales and Tendering to provide comprehensive commercial guidance to the team. You will take responsibility to ensure that the Company Policies and Procedures are understood and followed. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will also hold responsibility post contract – providing commercial governance across your project portfolio, driving revenues and profitability, minimising risk & debt to ensure we deliver to the highest possible standard.
