This is an exciting opportunity to join the Public Rights of Way and Country Parks Team at Devon County Council. We are recruiting for a Senior Public Rights of Way Officer (Access and Trails) to lead our southern area warden team, responsible for looking after some of the UK’s most popular and well-regarded recreational trails, routes, and paths, including parts of the South West Coast Path and King Charles III England Coast Path National Trails.

Based from our Exeter office, and covering an area stretching from the Tamar to the Somerset and Dorset borders, this post has a key role in management, maintenance, and improvement of the public rights of way, off-road multi-use trails, unclassified county roads, and wider countryside access network.
