What will I be doing?
An experienced and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager, who thrives on challenging, improving and ensuring seamless delivery you will:
Contribute to briefing meetings and be the trusted point of contact for stakeholders on all project-related matters
Design & prepare project budgets and costings, and advise on project process / structure design for proposals
Ensure your projects are planned effectively and delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
Effectively identify and pre-empt challenges and problems that might affect the successful execution of a project
Advise on research inputs (q’aire, brand lists, stimulus) as well as different sampling approaches and weighting effectively – suggesting amends, improvements, and ensuring suitability from an operational/respondent perspective
Advise on alternatives & solutions when needed
Support and coach line reports & project team members to deliver multiple projects on time, budget and within scope
Identify needs for further training and help us to develop required training initiatives
Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.
What do I need to bring with me?
Proven quantitative research project management experience
We are looking for someone with experience in market research who isn’t afraid to challenge and question current processes to become an invaluable part of our team
Strong organisational skills – demonstrate flexibility, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks in order to achieve team and business requirements
Be dedicated, taking ownership of tasks and delivering as promised to the best of his or her ability, including being error free
Confidence with managing budgets and finances
Be a positive thinker with a can do, solution-focused attitude
