Role overview 

What will I be doing? 

As an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager, who thrives on challenging, improving and ensuring seamless delivery, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to client briefing meetings and being the trusted point of contact for clients on all project-related matters
  • Designing & preparing project budgets and costings, and advise on project process / structure design for proposals
  • Ensuring your projects are planned effectively and delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Effectively identify and pre-empt challenges and problems that might affect the successful execution of a project
  • Advising on research inputs (questionnaire, brand lists, stimulus) as well as different sampling approaches and weighting effectively – suggesting amends, improvements, and ensuring suitability from an operational/respondent perspective
  • Advising on alternatives & solutions when needed
  • Supporting and coaching line reports & project team members to deliver multiple projects on time, budget and within scope
  • Identifying needs for further training and helping us to develop required training initiatives
  • Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home. 

    What do I need to bring with me? 

  • Proven quantitative or qualitative research project management experience
  • We are looking for someone with experience in market research who isn’t afraid to challenge and question current processes to become an invaluable part of our team
  • Strong organisational skills – demonstrate flexibility, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks in order to achieve team and business requirements
  • Be dedicated, taking ownership of tasks and delivering as promised to the best of his or her ability, including being error free
  • Confidence with managing budgets and finances
  • Be a positive thinker with a can do, solution-focused attitude
