You’ll be responsible for:
Technical Project Management background on Major Rail Programmes.
Experience of Health and Safety in an engineering and construction environment.
Knowledge and understanding of project controls tools and techniques.
Good understanding of TfL project management and governance processes.
Managing performance and delivery through external contractors and/or suppliers.
Demonstrable experience of successful project delivery in a rail environment.
Knowledge of Systems Integration on a Major Railway Programme.
Ability to identify and manage interfaces with various projects and key stakeholders.
Project Management of multi-disciplined complex workstreams and portfolios.
Analyse complex data (quantitative and qualitative), draw conclusions, and produce solutions.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills at all levels including Directors.
High attention to detail and organisational skill sets.
Understanding of configuration and change management.
Collaborative and diverse leadership skills.
Work under pressure in a complex political environment, managing conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
Proactive and can-do attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work to key programme milestones and deadlines.
Analytical skills working with multi-functional data sets.
Knowledge of programme and project ‘V’ lifecycle elements (ideally TfL Pathway).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience of Operations and Maintenance handover governance.
You’ll need to have:
Qualification in telecoms or systems engineering preferable.
Further learning in construction and project management desirable.
