Thepany is known for innovation and providing solutions to a range of clients. They are looking for someone with strong private market and semi-liquid experience to report to the Global Head of Product.
Key Activities
To help shape and deliver the private market fund range for the business.
Help manage the third-party relationship with private market partner firms, working alongside the Global Head of Product.
Support the planning and project management of fund launches, modifications and closures, working closely with relevant departments including Distribution; Legal &pliance; Operations; Risk; and Asset Management.
Ensure that product work is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and the firm’s require areas of product suitability, proernance and Treating Customers Fairly.
Ongoing proactive review of industry and regulatory developments, with the associated project management and implementation
Prepare management information for senior management on product development and strategy initiatives
Analyse regulatory and tax changes and implications.
Experience
Degreed level, and good academics
Strong background in product development, strategy and structuring within private markets, to a range a client bases
Understanding of how private market funds and semi-liquid funds are taken to market
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time, and prioritise appropriately
Thorough knowledge and the ability to analyse keypetitors and thepetitive environment
Good working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment
Ability to build strong working relationships
