Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join a busy Adults Health and Social Care Team based in London Borough of Hackney.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Practitioner:
Supervising Qualified Social Workers and Unqualified Staff:
Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and leadership to the team.
Ensure adherence to standards of professional practice.
Strengths-Based Practice:
Collaborate with multi-agency teams to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
Work autonomously while supporting the Team Manager.
Monitor and assure standards of professional practice.
What we are looking for in a Senior Practitioner:
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
