Here's what you'll bedoing:

• Developing andexecuting PR plans, meeting goals, and addressing any performanceissues
• Building strong relationships withclients and stakeholders, identifying and exploiting opportunitiesto extend clients' business
• Contributing on astrategic level to clients' business, showing understanding oftheir commercial environment and monitoring mediaissues
• Actively participating in new businessdevelopment, including identifying opportunities and preparing andpresenting new business recommendations
• Takingan active role in shaping and implementing initiatives to enhanceand share best practice across thecompany
• Confidently managing incidents andmonitoring crises
• Committed to coaching anddeveloping direct reports
