RoleOverview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their dynamic team. Thesuccessful candidate will play a pivotal role in deliveringexceptional physiotherapy services mentoring junior staff andcontributing to the ongoing development of the clinics services.This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who is passionate aboutpatient care eager to take on leadership responsibilities and readyto contribute to a forwardthinkingpractice.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Providehighquality physiotherapy assessments and treatments to a diversepatient population.
- Developindividualised treatment plans monitor progress and adjustinterventions as necessary.
- Lead andmentor a team of junior physiotherapists providing guidance andsupport in their professionaldevelopment.
- Collaborate with otherhealthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure a holisticapproach to patient care.
- Contributeto the continuous improvement of clinical services including thedevelopment of new treatmentprotocols.
- Maintain accurate anduptodate patient records in line with professional standards andclinic policies.
- Participate inregular team meetings case discussions and continuing professionaldevelopment (CPD)activities.
Requirements
- Registeredwith the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)Essential
- Bachelor s or Master sdegree in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum of5 years of postqualification experience with a focus onmusculoskeletal and sportsphysiotherapy.
- Proven leadershipskills and experience in mentoring or supervising juniorstaff.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with a patientcentered approach tocare.
- Strong organizational skillsand the ability to manage a variedcaseload.
- Commitment to ongoingprofessional development and staying updated with the latestevidencebasedpractices.
