ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced digital professional to join our rapidly growing digital team. Reporting to our Performance Director, you will oversee the growth of digital accounts, implementation of workflows that align with the best interests of the company. You'll be an influential member of the team and will contribute to the strategic development of the business and maintain the relationships with the region managers. The ideal candidate will have a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels, they will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with our Performance Director to Initiate and develop strategic discussions across our digital marketing channel spectrum.
Oversee the day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels and platforms with a clear 'test, learn & invest’ approach to improve performance and deliver overarching business objectives. Primary channels include Google, META & Linkedin.
Take ownership of campaign performance & reporting across our digital marketing footprint to ensure we are constantly aligned to business objectives and KPI expectations.
Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality control, internal resource management, and external communication are efficient and effective.
Keep up to date with the performance marketing landscape, to drive new initiatives across campaign structure, attribution and reporting.
Develop and nurture a team of junior performance marketing executives to develop their skills to effectively achieve their KPIs.
Implement optimised processes and ensure ongoing financial oversight of accounts including accurate estimating, invoicing, monthly reconciliation of jobs, and follow-up reporting.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
5+ years of agency experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience working in a client-facing capacity in PPC, Social, Display and SEO.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel projects, leading the strategy & team to work to deadlines and KPIs.
A mathematical and analytical mindset, being confident and flexible as you use data to adapt your strategies.
Experience working with global brands on transcreation and localisation projects.
Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills; with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate with shareholders
Excellent Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
The ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas and formulate strategies
Leadership skills: managing direct reports, a motivator
Extensive line management experience, mentoring & training
