A great opportunity has arisen for the right person to join the Business Intelligence Unit within Adult Social Care as a Senior Performance Analyst.

We invite you to be part of this journey, where your role as Senior Performance Analyst is essential in delivering performance data, statutory returns, business insights, and effective challenge within our service.
We are looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic, experienced, and appropriately skilled individual to support the delivery of our performance management framework across Adult Social Care.
You will be part of a service which supports Adult Social Care to become intelligence led, evidence based, and outcome focused. You will support and embed the new performance framework through data analysis, audit, partnership working and system development whilst supporting the wider team through accurate and timely performance reporting, the provision of quality compliant statutory data returns, Care Quality Commission inspection preparation and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to continuous quality improvement, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills, have a ‘can do’ approach to the role and be committed to delivering an efficient, effective, and flexible service to internal and external stakeholders.
