We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Performance Analyst at Perth Office CBD, on a 12-month Maximum term basis.
About this role
As the Senior Performance Analyst you will be accountable for proving high level analytical advice, guidance and support through the analysis of data from current and historical systems using specialised reporting tools, together with other business data to produce reports that meet the decision making needs of senior stakeholders to deliver required business outcomes.
Provide high level and in-depth analytical advice, guidance and support through the analysis of data from current and historical systems using specialised reporting tools
Accuracy of performance reports to ensure Formal Leaders have confidence in the data at their disposal.
Provide recommendations that support cultural, behavioural and procedural change throughout the business.
Identify underlying problems in data integrity, methods or systems then recommend and implement corrective actions
Develop and implement new ways of reporting and analysing data to better present the performance of the business
About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
Bachelor’s degree in in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Project Management or other relevant qualifications Comprehensive and broad practical and demonstrated experience and knowledge in required discipline
Extensive experience performing complex analytical and problem solving activities, including the ability to identify potential issues, business improvement opportunities and compile and present research findings to management. This experience is typically gained through professional / academic qualifications or through extensive practical experience.
Broad and extensive knowledge and expertise within a similar role for a commercial organisation
A strong focus on ensuring data quality and proven experience of implementing change
A high level of proficiency in Qlik Sense, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Cognos Solutions (or similar Business Warehouse tools)
Demonstrable business acumen to a good standard
